Hey everyone, we will be having a meeting to discuss the current Yelm Animal Services program in the City of Yelm.

We had our first meeting last night (in McKenna at the Liquid Soul Cafe). The meeting was held to discuss the Yelm City Shelter which we know most if not all citizens of Yelm (Thurston County) are not even aware this exists. Yes, there is an animal control (shelter) in Yelm, we are concerned citizens that have proof that this shelter is being run inhumanely.

There have been dogs left without medical care there, we have pictures of animals left to sit in their own feces and without any water. We need your help to develop this group and meet with the City Council to put an end to the inhumane treatment of dogs.
